Q: What can I buy in the BlockéMon store?
A: You can purchase BlockéGems, Ranks and Boosters to enhance your in-game experience.
Q: Is this server pay-to-win?
A: Not at all. All items available for purchase are also obtainable through gameplay. Donations help support the server and unlock fun bonuses, but skill and effort are what matter most.
Q: How do I receive my purchase?
A: Items are delivered automatically in-game within a few minutes. Make sure you're online when purchasing!
Q: I didn’t get my items. What should I do?
A: First, double-check your Minecraft username and that you were online during purchase. If there’s still an issue, contact support through our Discord or contact@blockemon.gg.
Q: Can I refund my donation?
A: Donations are non-refundable as they go toward server costs and development. Please be sure before making a purchase.
Q: Is it safe to donate?
A: Absolutely. Our payment processor is secure, and no payment information is ever stored by the server itself.
Q: Do I need permission to donate if I am under 18?
A: If you’re under 18, please make sure to ask a parent or guardian before making any purchases. It's important that all donations are made with full permission.
When making a purchase, please note that all purchases are absolutely final. A refund cannot be provided under any circumstances.

Due to their nature, all payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or opening a dispute will result in permanent and irreversible banishment from all of our servers, as well as other Minecraft stores handled by Tebex.
It could take between 1 and 20 minutes for your purchase to be credited in-game. If you are still not credited after this time period elapses, please go through a support channel (detailed above), and supply proof of purchase (i.e. the e-mail sent to you upon confirmation) so that we may assist you as swiftly as possible.
